In 1992 Warner Bros was planning to make Free Willy, a film about the friendship between a boy and a killer whale. by creating the free-swimming miniature humpback whales for Star Trek IV.
Until Free Willy, state-of-the-art for full-size aquatic animatronics was the shark created for Jaws.
Free Willy 's Edge team continued to improve the whales with each generation, creating 15 animatronic models across the trilogy. In the original film the animatronic whale and Keiko shared about equal screen time, while on Free Willy 2 & 3 the animatronic whales carried the entire films. Moviegoers never could tell the difference between Keiko and his doubles.
The dream, for Walt and the filmmakers, was to make a full-size version of the Star Trek whales, in other words: a self-contained, self-propelled, free-floating animatronic killer whale that could be used interchangeably with Keiko. But could it be done?

1. Steel Framing

2. Modeling
High density foam ensures the model looks and feels of the highest quality.
3. Carving
Professional carving masters have more than 10 years of experience. They create the perfect dinosaur body proportions absolutely based on dinosaur skeletons and scientific data. Show your visitors what the Triassic, Jurassic and Cretaceous periods really looked like!
4. Painting
Painting master can paint dinosaurs according to customer's requirement. Please provide any design.
5. Final Testing
We inspect and make sure all motions are correct and sensitive as per the specified program, Color style and pattern are in accord with the required. Each dinosaur will also be continuously operated testing one day before shipping.
6.Packing
Air bubble film protect dinosaurs from damaging. Each dinosaur will be packed carefully and focus on protecting eyes and mouth.
7. Shipping

Dinosaur exploration museum in Nanbu
At the end of 2020, the project of the simulated dinosaur exploration museum made by blue lizards was opened in Nanbu County, Nanchong City, Sichuan Province. At the beginning of 2021, the dinosaur exploration museum opened as scheduled, and has prepared more than 20 animatronic dinosaur for tourists from all directions, including Tyrannosaurus rex, Pachycephalosaurus, spinosaurus, Brachiosaurus, Parasaurolophus, Triceratops, Ankylosaurus, plesiosaurus, Stegosaurus, riding T-Rex, dinosaur skeleton replicas and other products, one of the largest in scale.
